Role (s) Responsibilities: 

• Data Collection: Conduct telephone surveys to collect and update real estate data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Data Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and quality of collected data by following established guidelines and protocols.
• Phone Etiquette: Maintain a professional and courteous phone manner when interacting with respondents and clients.
• Accent: Speak with a neutral accent to ensure clear communication and understanding during phone calls.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in data collection, market research, real estate or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in the call centre industry is advantageous.
• Excellent phone manners and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to maintain neutrality in accent during phone conversations.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using computer software and data entry tools.

Salary

• $16,000 per annum
