The Role

You will be working as a Team Leader for a US based Energy campaign where you will be responsible for the ongoing operations of the sales team, providing continual guidance or support, coaching and creating development plans for your team in achieving campaigns’ sales objectives.

Who we’re looking for

• 2 – 3 years’ of team management experience in supervision, sales management or call centre
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong coaching and people-development skills through call listening, quality feedback, etc.

Job Specifications

• Night Shift role
• On Target Earnings of $45,000 per annum
• Starting salary of $18,000 per annum with increment following probation dependent on performance
• Transport pick-ups and drop-offs
