The Role

You will be working as a Sales Specialist for a US based Energy campaign in providing energy comparison services and contributing in achieving and exceeding given sales targets.

• Work proactively to achieve individual performance targets whilst also maintaining focus on achieving team targets
• Responsible for generating sales for the campaign
• Guide customers through the process of selecting and switching energy providers in US
• Possess strong problem solving and decision making skills while using good judgment

Who we’re looking for

• Mandatory Call Centre industry experience, preferably in outbound sales
• Mandatory 2 – 3 years’ of proven experience in sales roles 
• Has excellent communication and conversational skills
• Excellent Telephone etiquette skills
• Possesses loads of energy, confidence and enthusiasm
• Has excellent conversational skills
• Exhibits warm and professional communication
