As a Night Shift Campaign Manager/Team Leader at our call centre, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of your assigned campaign during night shifts. This includes leading a team of agents, ensuring targets are met, maintaining high-quality service standards, and optimizing processes for efficiency. You will be expected to motivate and mentor your team, manage performance, and report campaign progress to senior management. Additionally, you will handle any escalations, monitor call metrics, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and supervise a team of call centre agents during night shifts.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets are consistently achieved.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to enhance team performance.
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on campaign performance.
• Collaborate with other managers and departments to ensure campaign success.
• Implement process improvements and contribute to campaign strategy planning.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a call centre, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in call centre software, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
• Availability: Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Education: A diploma or degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Personal Attributes: High level of professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Position Details:

• Salary Range: FJD $23,000 – $28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• Location: Centrepoint, Lot 2 Ratu Dovi Road, Laucala Beach Estate, Suva.
• Shift Timings: 01:00am – 10:00am OR as per the campaign schedule.
